ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE IN REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

of real estate transactions. The paper analyzes the main approaches to understanding the essence of electronic signatures through the prism of experience of domestic and foreign legislators. Mechanisms for the use of electronic signatures in real estate transactions are presented. The issues related to the use of electronic signatures in real estate transactions are outlined, taking into account judicial practice.
