Broad Interpretation of the “Antimonopoly Procedure” Concept

This article attempts to put forward the concept of a broad understanding of the concept of “antimonopoly process”, examines how a number of related categories are understood in administrative law, it is proposed to include in the concept of antimonopoly process not only jurisdictional, but also administrative procedures and measures aimed at preventing violations of antimonopoly legislation, it is proposed to form the antimonopoly process as a large sub-branch of competition law.
