The article examines migration crime, its concept and dynamics. In order for the migration flow to function effectively within the structure of the state, it must always take place within the legal framework of the country and this principle must remain unchanged and inviolable. It is important to understand that the migration process can be completely different. To study migration, as a rule, an integrated approach is used, because for analysis it is necessary to use a large number of factors that can actually affect the final result. Such a concept as migration has many different definitions, and therefore a large number of different interpretations. Under the influence of globalization, the world is constantly growing, and the Russian Federation is no exception here.
