Migration Processes in Russia Through the Prism of Traditional Spiritual and Moral Values: Theoretical and Legal Aspect

In the article the author examines migration processes in Russia in connection with the state's policy of preserving and strengthening traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. The conclusion is made about possible variants of correlation between the goals of the state migration policy of Russia and the legal priority of preserving and strengthening traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. The negative and positive aspects of such are considered.
