The article discusses topical issues of the introduction and use of digital technologies in the field of capital construction. It is shown that there is an objective need for capital construction participants to use digital technologies in their activities; secondly, the need for widespread use of digital technologies also forms the economic value of digital assets and digital rights. The rapid development of high technologies has inevitably led to the need for regulatory regulation of the digital economy, the transfer of the fund of regulatory and technical documentation in the field of capital construction to a digital format. The use of digital technologies, in particular smart contracts and blockchain technologies, will allow to develop and simplify the interaction of participants in the field of capital construction.
