Prevention and Investigation of Crimes in the Field of Migration: Challenging Issues, Solutions
The article discusses the problems that arise during the investigation of crimes in the field of migration. The authors, based on the studied practical materials, developed algorithms aimed at resolving them, and also made reasonable proposals for changing the current legislation in the area under study and the practice of its application.
