On the Role of the Life Cycle in the Mechanism of Legal Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activities

The article analyzes the features of the life cycle of entrepreneurial activity in the context of studying the mechanism of legal regulation. It is shown that the life cycle characterizes the features of entrepreneurial activity in different periods of the functioning of business entities. Based on the study, conclusions were drawn that in order to select the most effective legal means in the process of legal regulation of entrepreneurship, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of entrepreneurial activity at different stages of the life cycle.
