An International Round-Robin Test for Insertion Impedance of Current Probes
The insertion impedance of current probes could have a large influence on an EMC test result, but only limited information about this property is found in international standards and in scientific literature. An international round-robin test had been carried out to gain more experience about this property and its measurement. The proposed measurement method works well below 500 kHz but has problems above with capacitive coupling between probe and calibration fixture.
