Assessment of nursing managers’ awareness and hospital preparedness for disasters: a cross-sectional study
The findings indicated a high level of awareness among nursing managers and a strong level of hospital preparedness in Sanandaj. However, improving and enhancing specific dimensions may require targeted educational and organizational approaches.
