In the current scenario, information has become essential for companies, significantly influencing their practices and behaviors. Organizations recognize that technology is a crucial tool for optimizing information management. With the growing demand for tools that support decision-making, there has been an increase in the search for effective solutions. In this context, this work aims to study and compare data visualization tools, such as Business Intelligence, Power BI and Tableau, with the aim of understanding their particularities and how each one can contribute to more efficient decision-making. This work is developed from a bibliographical review, based on several authors on the topic, based on material already prepared, consisting mainly of scientific articles, available in the Scielo and Google Scholar databases. It is concluded that data visualization tools have been used to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, in different market sectors. It is essential that organizations understand their requirements and conduct a detailed analysis to discover the solution that best adapts to the your situation. By making the appropriate choice, it will be possible to improve decision-making and reinforce the management of business processes, ensuring a competitive advantage in the market.
