Analysis of evolutionary paths and application scenarios of InSAR in geohazard research
Abstract With the deterioration of the world environment and intense human activities, geohazards show a frequent occurrence, and InSAR, with its all-weather, all-day, and penetrating nature, rapidly develops into an essential means of earth monitoring. In this paper, using Citespace knowledge graph analysis software, we combed the CNKI core database from 2004 to 2023 and the literature about InSAR in geohazards. The evolution path was analyzed through the spatiotemporal evolution mapping and keyword co-occurrence network parsing, and the research trends and hotspots were predicted. The research results show that firstly, the application of InSAR in geohazards has experienced three classic stages: emerging development, early identification, and synergistic monitoring; secondly, the research topics were clustered into three main spatial and temporal evolution paths, which were “geohazard,” “phase disentanglement”, and “genetic algorithm”; thirdly, future perspectives of InSAR-based technology for geohazard monitoring mainly include as “efficient and intelligent monitoring” and “digital multidimensional monitoring”.
