Certain Issues of Legal Regulation of Staffing of the Special Military Operation
The legal aspects of personnel support for a special military operation are considered, three main directions of this activity are highlighted and analyzed: partial mobilization; expansion of the circle of persons entitled or required by law to undergo military service; creation of volunteer formations. Some gaps and contradictions in the legal regulation of the implementation of these directions have been identified, and ways to solve them have been proposed. The conclusion is substantiated that the most preferable way to involve citizens in the performance of tasks in a special military operation is the realization of their free will by creating and normalizing incentives to conclude contracts for military service or contracts for stay in volunteer formations
