Relevant Legal, Organizational and Program Areas of Improvement of Activities of Avantguard Training Centers

The article presents the results of scientific analytical work on the study of the formation of educational and methodological centers ʻAvangardʼ in the Russian Federation. It seems that in the further development of the system of these centers of military-patriotic education and training, the main role is played by improving the regulatory framework. The directions proposed in the article for improving the activities of the centers will make it possible to centralize this system, increase the effectiveness of the applied methods of training and management of the material base of the centers. As a vector for further research, it is worth turning to the spatial and territorial organization of the system of these centers, but this will be discussed in the following publications.
