Nonsurgical management of cardiac perforation within epicardial adipose tissue by temporary transvenous pacemaker lead
Right ventricular perforation by a temporary transvenous pacemaker (TTP) often results in cardiac tamponade, which is a potentially fatal complication that can require surgical management.1,2 We present a unique case of nonsurgical management of cardiac perforation within epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) by a TTP in a patient with a history of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG).
