Design and Research of Random Vibration System for Mine Elevator Bearings Based on Twin Data Drive

The bearings of common mine hoists currently have problems such as poor reliability and weak stability in practical applications. In the vibration monitoring of mine hoist bearings, the sensitivity and accuracy of sensors directly determine the quality of the vibration signals that can be captured. High sensitivity and high-precision sensors can more accurately reflect small vibration changes in bearings, thereby detecting potential faults earlier. To improve the reliability of the operation of mine hoist bearings, this study proposes a design method for a bearing random vibration system based on a twin data drive. The composition, working principle, experimental scheme, system control process, and key technologies of the mine hoist-bearing random vibration system are analyzed. The results of this study indicate that the system has a simple structure and can collect vibration signals of elevator bearings, effectively monitoring the operating status of elevator bearings. The proposed twin data-driven random vibration system for mine hoist bearings effectively improves the reliability of hoist-bearing operation, providing a new approach for further research on hoist-bearing random vibration systems.
