Sharing management: self-assessment of family health professionals in relation to the 2030 agenda
Compliance with the global health agenda has presented itself as a challenge in public health. Primary Health Care is strategic in the territorialization of health and structurally assists health teams in health surveillance. The objective was to evaluate the perceptions of professionals from the Family Health teams on the topic of shared management, evaluation and monitoring of cases and diseases present in the 2030 Agenda and address the challenges of the comprehensiveness of the oral health team. The study is descriptive in nature, with quantitative and qualitative analyses, initially questionnaires were applied to analyze the workers' scores, after this stage a semi-structured interview was carried out with the dental surgeons of the Health Unit to observe the inclusion of oral health on the global agenda. It was concluded that, for workers, shared management is a participatory process, but they see that the goals were not well regionalized.
