ANÁLISE DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM PROTÓTIPO DE RASTREADOR SOLAR UTILIZANDO SISTEMA DE ARDUINO E LDR

The growing demand for renewable energy sources has encouraged research and development into technological solutions that maximize efficiency in capturing solar energy. One of these innovations is the solar tracker, a system that automatically adjusts the position of a solar panel according to the incidence of sunlight. Objective: to analyze the development of a solar tracking system using Arduino and LDR sensors. Methodology: This study is a qualitative experimental study in which a prototype solar tracker was developed using an Arduino and LDR system. Results: The data showed a significant improvement in energy capture efficiency compared to a fixed solar panel. During the tests, the system was able to adjust the position of the panel in response to variations in light intensity throughout the day, resulting in an average increase of 25% in energy generation. In addition, the implementation of the control system using Arduino and LDRs proved to be effective, with the programming enabling fast and accurate responses to changes in lighting. The data indicates that the solar tracker not only optimizes energy production, but can also be adapted to different contexts and scales, offering a practical and economical solution to maximize the use of solar energy. Conclusion: Conclusion: The development of the solar tracker using an Arduino system and light sensors (LDR) proved to be an effective solution for maximizing solar energy capture, highlighting the importance of technology in the advancement of renewable energies.

Abstract

The growing demand for renewable energy sources has encouraged research and development into technological solutions that maximize efficiency in capturing solar energy. One of these innovations is the solar tracker, a system that automatically adjusts the position of a solar panel according to the incidence of sunlight. Objective: to analyze the development of a solar tracking system using Arduino and LDR sensors. Results: The data showed a significant improvement in energy capture efficiency compared to a fixed solar panel. During the tests, the system was able to adjust the position of the panel in response to variations in light intensity throughout the day, resulting in an average increase of 25% in energy generation.
