LIDERANÇA E MOTIVAÇÃO NA ORGANIZAÇÃO DE EQUIPES.

The concept of leadership and team motivation has been addressed over time in business organizations and religious institutions, always aiming at eventual satisfactory growth. Leadership and team motivation have become the main focus to achieve the desired results, focusing on the leader as the team motivator. It is observed that a good salary alone no longer meets the needs of employees, traditionally seen as a motivator; practices that promote appreciation and personal fulfillment are becoming increasingly important for collaborative development. This article discusses the concepts of leadership and motivation in the context of teams, both in business organizations and in religious institutions. Effective leadership and combined motivation are essential factors for the success of teams, especially in the search for satisfactory results for the whole. The study analyzes how the leader can motivate and influence, highlighting the importance of valuing work in the collaborative context. Using a bibliographic methodology, the article explores the fundamental characteristics that a leader must possess, such as indispensable character, motivational skills and the ability to give and receive feedback, in addition to examining leadership based on the model of Christ. The methodology is characterized as bibliographic and, after analyzing several authors, it can be concluded that the leader contributes greatly to the motivation of his/her employees. However, the desire to want more, to seek the fulfillment of dreams and the enthusiasm to give one's best come from each individual, thus contributing to the desired end result.
