Visual Recovery and Endothelial Repopulation after DMEK Graft Removal and Vitrectomy for Late Endophthalmitis: A Case Report
This is a unique case of late endophthalmitis following DMEK surgery requiring graft removal and pars plana vitrectomy with excellent visual recovery without donor replacement.
