Quantitative Analysis and Optimization Method of Electromagnetic Transient Small Signal Broadband Oscillation Based on Parameter Sensitivity
The broadband oscillation problem is a new type of stability problem caused by the large-scale access of new energy sources represented by converters to the power system. Quantitative evaluation of the influencing factors of different oscillation modes and extraction of the dominant influencing factors are effective means to suppress the broadband oscillation problem. On the basis of establishing the electromagnetic transient state space model of the whole system, a quantitative analysis method of broadband oscillation in electromagnetic transient scale is proposed based on parameter sensitivity analysis, which can effectively identify the dominant influencing factors of different oscillation frequency bands. On this basis, a broadband oscillation suppression and optimization analysis method is formed. The correctness and practicability of the proposed method are verified by several typical system examples.
