Optimization Algorithm for Learning Resource Library based on VLC/RF Hybrid System

With the development of emerging information technology, the connotation and extension of digital learning resources have been greatly expanded. The digital learning resource platform plays an important bridging role between teachers and students, and its quality directly affects the learning effectiveness of teachers. In the era of intelligence, the development of digital learning resource platforms should focus on the quality evaluation of resources, analyze the significant characteristics of different digital stages, focus on user experience, and meet the diverse needs of users. This article is based on the VLC/RF (Visible Light Communication/Radio Frequency) hybrid system, and studies the method of optimizing the digital learning resource library. The quality of the digital learning resource platform is evaluated based on the needs and satisfaction of teachers. Through experimental analysis, the impact of different bandwidth allocation, number of users, and network load on system performance was studied. The results showed that when the VLC bandwidth and RF bandwidth were 10 MHz and 20 MHz, respectively, the system throughput was 110 Mbps and the delay was 7 ms. Reasonable bandwidth allocation and control of user numbers and network load can significantly improve system performance, balance the balance between system energy efficiency and performance, and provide important references for the optimization of VLC/RF hybrid systems.
