Advanced Vehicle Speed Control System: A Next Generation Intelligent Transport System

Number of vehicles has directly proportional to the population inflation. Due to radical changes of vehicle usage causes major number of accidents and hectic traffic collisions. The proposed advanced vehicle speed control system is an innovative solution designed to enhance safety in school zones by leveraging radio frequency (RF) technology, a real time clock (RTC) module, and switches for connectivity. Its primary objective is to reduce vehicle speeds during designated arrival times for children, thereby minimizing the risk of accidents and ensuring a safer environment. At the core of this system is its ability to integrate real-time clock functionality and wireless communication. Through this integration, vehicles approaching school zones receive automatic notifications about the designated arrival times of children. This information triggers the system to adjust vehicle speeds accordingly, helping to prevent speeding and potential hazards in areas where children are present. By combining advanced technology with a proactive approach to safety, the vehicle speed control system offers a reliable solution for managing traffic speeds in school zones. Its ability to provide real-time updates to drivers ensures that they are aware of critical times when children are most vulnerable, promoting safer commuting experiences for students and peace of mind for parents and educators alike.
