Capacity Optimization Configuration of Renewable Energy Stations Considering Electricity and Hydrogen Storage Complementarity
With the development of high-proportion renewable energy generation, the demand for energy storage in renewable energy stations is increasing. To this end, a renewable energy station capacity configuration method considering the electricity-hydrogen storage complementarity is proposed. Firstly, based on the regulation demand of the peak shaving and regulation rate of renewable energy stations, the operational strategy for electricity and hydrogen storage under different demands is formulated. Secondly, considering the uncertainty of the renewable energy output, multiple typical scenarios based on probability are generated and a two-layer optimization configuration model of renewable energy station resources is proposed. The upper layer model takes the economy of the renewable energy station as the objective for resource configuration and the lower layer model based on multiple typical scenarios optimizes the operation strategy to minimize the daily operation cost. The coordinated optimization of the double-layer models obtains the resource configuration results. Finally, the case studies are carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
