Structural Vulnerability Study of AC-DC Hybrid Grids Considering the VIKOR Method
AC-DC hybrid grid can equalize the current of power system operation in a wide range, which is conducive to improving the access capacity and access range of new energy large-scale access to the grid, and it is an important direction for the evolution of contemporary power grids. In order to evaluate the structural vulnerability of AC/DC hybrid power grids and prevent power outages, this study proposes a power grid vulnerability analysis technique using the VIKOR comprehensive evaluation method. Firstly, based on the complex characteristics of the power grid network structure, we carefully construct a comprehensive vulnerability assessment index system. Subsequently, the VIKOR comprehensive evaluation method was innovatively introduced, which skillfully combines the advantages of subjective judgment and objective data to accurately calculate the comprehensive vulnerability weight of each node. In order to verify the practicability and accuracy of this innovative method, we selected the EPRI-36 node AC/DC hybrid system as a typical case for in-depth analysis, and finally verified that the proposed method is not only feasible, but also shows significant advantages and effects in practical application through detailed node vulnerability analysis.
