Aloe Vera Disease Prediction using Machine Learning Techniques

Agriculture forms the main existence and development of every country. Hence, the primary purpose of this study is to increase both the quality and quantity of agricultural produce at minimum costs and maximum returns. In the case of low productivity, plant diseases contribute greatly, percentage-wise. Timely classification and detection of plant diseases are crucial for protecting crops. Traditional methods require constant monitoring, which can be expensive and time-consuming. Early detection and management of diseases are vital for reducing losses and increasing crop productivity. This paper introduces a deep learning methodology for the disease prediction in Aloe Vera plant. Through the adjustment of network parameters, an accuracy of 96.59% has been acheived. The proposed method has significant potential in agriculture, especially for quickly identifying aloe vera leaf diseases, which can help reduce crop losses.
