PESQUISAS CLÍNICAS EM ABORDAGEM CENTRADA NA PESSOA NO BRASIL: Revisão sistemática
This article aimed to realize a systematic review of Brazilian clinical research productions in person-centered approach. The study was carried out in the PePSIC, SciELO and CAPES Repository (Dissertations and Theses) databases, among 2014-2024. Thirty-two bibliographic samples were obtained: read according to title, abstract, keywords and methodology; categorized according to year of publication, journal (in the case of an article) or institution (in the case of a dissertation/thesis), authorship, institutional affiliation, region, objective, area of knowledge, theme, type of research, method employed. The results were: 2021 and 2022 as the most productive years; UFMT as the institution with the highest research productivity; NUFEN’s Journal as the periodical that published the most articles; Central-West region concentrated the largest productions numbers; there are no productivity figures; clinical themes were the most frequent, followed by health/extended clinical themes; predominance of empirical articles; unstructured interview and meaning version as predominant methodological data collection resources, and empirical phenomenological method as the most recurrent analytical resource. It is concluded that it is necessary to invest in other clinical research procedures that go beyond the classic qualitative approaches mentioned.
