Thoughts on the Scientific Nature of Spirituality
On Earth there is an informal community of people who are spiritually active (similar to the scientific community of scientists). They do not want to be influenced or manipulated. However, the proliferation of offers on the internet and from many influencers is a burden. This spiritual community is not static, but is in a constant process of change that leads to a deeper understanding of the past, present and future and to an increase in authenticity with more in-depth information. However, many spiritual people also feel increasingly exhausted -simply due to the sheer amount of information that needs to be processed. This can also be perceived as pressure to constantly develop further or lead to the fear of losing touch. However, pressure or even compulsion prevent any individual evolution. An abundance of offers of energy or frequency work, Reiki, hypnosis, new seminars, webinars or coaching promise insight and salvation that often does not materialize or -if you are lucky -does not last long.We should be aware that many of these methods do not bring us closer to awakening and do not advance spirituality and consciousness -without the right amount of self-reflection.If one remains passive, imitates teachings or sticks to a guru, all spiritual efforts are of no use.Only with the help of introspection in the sense of self-reflection can we succeed in authentically shaping our own reality, living in harmony with our true heart's desires and coming a step closer to self-realization, out of true purpose and joy of the heart.Below are some approaches that can be integrated into everyday life and can provide invaluable insights for personal growth. These approaches, if implemented, are the basis for a transformation of self-awareness...a transformation that is helpful in the transition to a new vibrational density (5D), humanity and our Earth 2.0.Consciously observing and questioning your own thoughts, feelings and actions leads you to become aware of your own weaknesses and strengths. If you treat yourself lovingly when recognizing your weaknesses, without judging, evaluating, devaluing, judging or even condemning, these exercises strengthen the creative power that each individual has to actively shape their life and thus form their own reality. Here are seven important points that can help you to better integrate the spirit of spirituality into your everyday life: 1.The creative power of the mind: You are both creator and created by orchestrating your own reality through intentions, thoughts, emotions, beliefs and actions.Thoughts are still free.2. Guidance through the law of mirrors: In the experiential space of life, you encounter people, situations and events that serve as mirrors and reflect your inner desires and beliefs. What bothers you about others is inside you and wants to be worked on and resolved.3. Influence of inner attitude: Doubts and fears can create negative reflections in life, while confidence and joy reflect positive things.Negative thoughts and feelings should be actively sent away.4. Discovering deep truths: These spiritual and material reflections offer not only superficial insights, but also deep truths and secrets of the self to be unraveled. The cosmic laws are the basis of life, not the earthly ones. 5. Recognition of patterns: Recurring patterns through the mirrors are no coincidence, but invitations to look deeper into one's own consciousness. They were mainly received or instilled in childhood. You can lead yourself out of your automatisms, your everyday routine, your patterns and accompany yourself into your own divinity as the creator of your reality.6. Reflection of reality: Your outer world is nothing more than a projection of your inner world. This means that what you experience can be steered in the desired direction through self-reflection and manifestation.
