Lack of Association of Chronological Age and Antithrombotic Agents With Acute Intracranial Hemorrhage in the Group of Older Adults With Traumatic Brain Injury

Our findings confirmed the lack of an association of chronological age and antithrombotic agents with acute intracranial hemorrhage in the group of older adults with TBI. Our findings suggest that antithrombotic agents may be safely used, even in older adults.
