Research on the Construction and Application of Marine Spatiotemporal Information Platform

In response to the lack of a unified data resource base, weak basic support capabilities, difficult collaboration of application systems, and insufficient comprehensive decision-making support capabilities in the construction of marine informatization, guided by the standardization of resource services, authoritative application services, intensive system construction, and collaborative business management, and with the path of “unified data resources, unified basic platforms, unified interface standards, and unified service portals”, a marine spatiotemporal information platform was studied and constructed. The requirements analysis, overall design, key technologies, and other aspects of platform construction were elaborated, and the platform functions and application practices were described from the aspects of marine comprehensive management, visual analysis of marine resources and environment, intelligent application of marine economy, and comprehensive display of polar information. The aim was to achieve data interconnection and resource sharing through data exchange, Building a core engine for the development, innovation, and digital governance of marine business.
