Development of the Theory of Spline-Algebraic Harmonic Analysis as Applied to Navigation Radio Signals

As is known, the main methods for increasing the noise immunity of navigation radio signals are spectral methods, the development of new and improvement of existing signal-code structures, algorithms for generating and processing radio signals. This article presents a new approach to the generation of GNSS GLONASS navigation radio signals based on the theory of basis function systems, where the basis function itself is used as a manipulation parameter. The obtained results of assessing the computational complexity of the proposed approach allow us to assert that the speed of processing radio signals in various basis functions can be significantly higher compared to similar processing of classical radio signals in discrete exponential functions.
