Predictive Analysis of the Remaining Useful Life of the Continuous Casting Machine Mold through the Introduction of Digital Twin Technology
The paper considers the application of digital twin technology for predictive analysis of the remaining useful life of the mold of a continuous casting machine. The analysis of scientific and technical literature is carried out, the architecture of the digital twin of the continuous casting machine is described. The electronic passport is the basis for the structure of the digital twin as a data base. Thus, a combined architecture is implemented. Machine learning models for determining the hydraulic and thermal parameters of the copper walls of the mold are presented. These models formed the basis of the digital twin of the mold of the continuous casting machine.
