A 2.1W 60%-Peak-Efficiency Isolated DC-DC Converter with Complementary Edge-Aligned and Adaptive Over-Compensation Techniques Meeting the CISPR-32 Class-B EMI Standard
An isolated DC-DC converter with complementary edge-aligned and adaptive over-compensation techniques is proposed to minimize the full bridge VCM fluctuation at both sides of the transformer. The converter was fabricated in a $0.18 \mu \mathrm{~m}$ BCD process and assembled in an LGA package. It achieves $60 \%$ peak efficiency and 2.1 W maximum output power while meeting the CISPR-32 Class B standard on a two-layer PCB without any stitching capacitor or external beads.
