Analysing the Peculiarities of Power Supply of Low-Current Systems for Controlling Small-Scale Generation Facilities
Automation and digitalization of the surrounding space leads to the development of management systems and reduces the risks of harm to the environment and human health. However, the operation of these systems is possible only if certain parameters of the power supply network are provided. If the quality indicators of electric energy deviate, there is a risk of malfunctions and accidents in the operation of equipment, which can lead to serious consequences for both equipment and people. This is possible when using power supplies or high-power frequency regulators, which can be sources of higher harmonics in the network. In this regard, there is a need to assess and minimize their impact on the enterprise's power supply system at the design stage. Unsatisfactory indicators of electricity quality lead to an increase in losses in power supply systems and a decrease in the service life of equipment. There is a need to increase capital investments in construction and repair, and operating costs increase.
