The Trend in the Development of Monitoring in the Field of Renewable Energy Sources Based on Internet of Things Technologies

Currently, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the development of the microgeneration market based on renewable energy sources (RES), it can be concluded that through the implementation of a well-thought-out industrial policy, it is possible to ensure an accelerated transition to a carbon-free economy and stimulate economic growth. Currently, there are a number of reasons why it is necessary to conduct planned studies of the state of photovoltaic modules, various scientists are already working in this direction using various technologies, including artificial intelligence. The article discusses the trend in the development of automated monitoring using IoT technologies. At the beginning of 2020, there were already 7.6 billion working IoT devices in the world. A study published by Transforma Insights says that in 2030 their number will grow to 24.1 billion, which is an average of 12-13%.
