Comparative Analysis of Control Quality of Elastic Electromechanical System Using Various Correction Algorithms

Electromechanical systems that provide specified trajectories of movement of actuators are widely used in various industries. The requirements to reduce the mass and dimensional indicators of the elements of electromechanical systems, as well as to ensure fast performance lead to the fact that the quality of system functioning is significantly affected by elastic bonds. In the elastic system, there are oscillations of regulated coordinates, causing increased wear of elements, reduction of reliability, productivity and quality of functioning of production mechanisms. Synthesizing correction algorithms that provide specified quality indicators of the dynamic characteristics of electromechanical systems with elastic bonds is relevant and important task. This article studies the dynamic modes of an elastic electromechanical system with a modal controller and a second-order gradient control algorithm. Detailed modeling of the corrected systems taking into account coordinate and parametric perturbations is carried out. The results of comparative analysis of these correction methods in qualitative and quantitative terms are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the mentioned correction algorithms are formulated and recommendations for their application are given.
