SensorSuite: Enhancing Precision Agriculture with Penta Sensors IoT Solution
It is seen that with the fusions of IoT technologies into conventional farming, agriculture has elevated to sustainable levels. In this paper, one new IoT device is custom-designed for precision agriculture use cases. The SensorSuite system consists of five sensors that capture real-time data about soil health analysis remotely over the Internet. This low-cost Arduino-based hardware is integrated with the help of sensors working on key parameters like soil moisture, temperature, and pH levels. Detailed technical specifications of the sensor, including range, resolution, and accuracy, are provided. The experimental conditions under which measurements were obtained are explained, and data processing methods are expounded on, including cloud-based analytics. Its power solution—a solar energy setup—ensures continuity of operation in the field. The results show how SensorSuite captured continuous readings, illustrating the reliability and accuracy of the results. It, therefore, features evidence that SensorSuite is an economically savvy, easy-to-use solution for sustainable agriculture, increasing agricultural productivity and sustainability through advanced soil health monitoring.
