NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THE THERMAL UNIT OF AN INSTALLATION FOR CADMIUM TELLURIDE SINGLE CRYSTALS GROWTH BY VGF METHOD WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF AXIAL LOW-FREQUENCY VIBRATIONS
The work performs numerical modeling of thermal fields in a high-temperature installation being developed for growing cadmium telluride single crystals with a diameter of 100 mm from a melt using the VGF (Vertical Gradient Freeze) method. The design includes a mechanism for introducing axial low-frequency vibrations into the melt to level the crystallization front using a specially shaped immersed inert disk
