ON THE PROBLEMS OF CALCULATING THE EFFECTIVE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF MULTILAYER STRUCTURES AND THE CONTACT THERMAL RESISTANCE OF INTERFACES
One of the key problems of calculating the intensity of heat transfer in solid-state micro- and nanostructures is the boundary effect. The boundary effect is associated, firstly, with the morphology of the real surface of the sample (surface roughness and etc) and, secondly, with the significant influence of the interaction of heat carriers with the sample boundary. Approaches to the integrated consideration of the boundary effect in calculating the effective thermal conductivity of films and the contact thermal resistance of interfaces are proposed.
