DETERMINATION OF THE PROBABILITY OF SPECULAR REFLECTION OF ELASTIC WAVES FROM A ROUGH SURFACE
For the first time, a theoretical attempt is made to determine the probability of mirror reflection of elastic waves from the rough surface of nanofilms in the ballistic regime of heat transfer along the film. This parameter is critically important for the estimation of thermal conductivity, but the theory of this phenomenon is still missing.
