APPLICATION OF DIGITAL TWINS TO THE IMPLANTABLE MICROELECTRONIC SYSTEMS RELIABILITY ISSUE

The paper describes the results of designing a prototype of a digital twin of an inductive energy transfer system for an implantable medical device. The digital twin is based on a mathematical model for calculating the electrical characteristics of the system, as well as finite element models for assessing the heating and electrical characteristics of the inductance coils.

Abstract

The paper describes the results of designing a prototype of a digital twin of an inductive energy transfer system for an implantable medical device. The digital twin is based on a mathematical model for calculating the electrical characteristics of the system, as well as finite element models for assessing the heating and electrical characteristics of the inductance coils.
