Erythrocytosis after kidney transplantation, Batna’s experience
Kidney transplantation reveals new developments every day regarding its technique, management, and complications.Management of these complications requires an understanding of their origins to be able to establish etiological treatment and possible prevention.Polycythemia after kidney transplantation encourages researchers to work to better elucidate its mechanism and the involved risk factors. The results of our study open the doors to other studies to seek and explain a possible immunological mechanism in the genesis of polycythemia after kidney transplantation.Polycythemia is a well-known complication in patients who have had a kidney transplant.Erythrocytosis is an early phenomenon after kidney transplantation; it is never linked to graft dysfunction.
