Network meta-analysis evaluating the impact of diverse exercise regimens on quality of life in women post-breast cancer surgery
The majority of exercise interventions demonstrated a discernible impact on the QoL in women following breast cancer surgery. The effects of diverse exercise interventions on the 3 QoL outcome indicators in patients with breast cancer exhibited variability. However, irrespective of the QoL measurement technique used, aerobic and resistance exercise continue to be the most favorable choices.
