Nadzór judykacyjny sądu nad elektroniczną licytacją nieruchomości

The article makes an attempt to describe the model of judicial supervision over electronic real property auctions. The analysis indicates that the model differs from a supervision model applied in the cases where real properties are sold in a traditional way. As the model has drawbacks, this article presents certain proposals of modifications. It calls for changes both in supervision over auctions, as well as supervision before auctions and supervision resulting from methods of appeals applied in the process.
