Improved Stability Criterion for Continuous-Time Fuzzy Delayed Systems via an Integral Lyapunov-Krasovskii Approach

This research addresses the issue of stability criterion for continuous-time fuzzy delayed systems. Firstly, fuzzy-based systems embedded with time-dependent delays and their stabilization conditions are formulated. Subsequently, a time-dependent delay division scheme is proposed, in which the interval of time delays is divided into multiple sections with a constant time interval. Following that, a set of integral Lyapunov-Krasovskii functions is derived corresponding to each time interval, enhancing the flexibility and practicality in designing the required stability matrices. Especially, the overall fuzzy-based stabilization conditions are proposed using the linear matrix inequalities technique, which involves a set of solvable interval-dependent matrix inequalities. Finally, a comparative simulation is offered to illustrate the feasibility and efficiency of our stabilization criterion.
