STATIONARY COMPLEXES OF PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDING OF TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS AS A WAY TO FIGHT ACCIDENTS
One of the leading methods of combating accidents is the use of technical means of automatic photo and video recording. The paper assesses the impact of stationary complexes on reducing the number of accidents on federal highways in the Altai Territory. Comparative analysis was chosen as the assessment method. The study was conducted using the example of accidents with victims and accidents with material damage.
