Memory Block Development for Neuromorph Setup: experimental study
In this study, we experimentally realized and tested a “Memory” block based on a network of four chemical oscillators connected in a circular arrangement with inhibitory pulse couplings, regulated by Hebb’s rules. Here, memory is conceptualized as the transition between internal dynamic modes of the network in response to external signals. We observed the switching from one stable network mode, AP (antiphase), to another, WR (walk reverse), facilitated by the management of auxiliary cells responsible for regulating connection strength. This “Memory” block will be utilized in future neuromorphic devices.
