Biomarkers of coronary heart disease based on the analysis of the form of the ST segment of the electrocardiogram

Coronary heart disease is one of the primary causes of death worldwide. An open question is development of quantitative indexes - biomarkers, used for the detection of the disease in the early stages in home cardiographs. In the work proposed two quantitative indexes, characterizing the shape Twave of the electrocardiogram. Proposed indexes were tested in the analysis of healthy volunteers and patients with newly diagnosed coronary heart disease. The joint use of the proposed indexes demonstrated the possibility of diagnosing patients with sensitivity of 1.00, specificity of 0.78, F-score of 0.87.
