Development of methods for studying the synchronization of circuits in autonomic regulation of blood circulation based on the analysis of the statistical properties of instantaneous phase differences
The statistical properties of the distributions of instantaneous phase differences of low-frequency oscillations in the circuits of autonomic regulation of blood circulation were studied by analyzing the signals of RR-intervals and photoplethysmograms of healthy volunteers and patients with myocardial infarction and arterial hypertension. During the analysis of experimental data, a comparison of four quantitative indices for assessing the statistical properties of the distributions of instantaneous phase differences was conducted. Based on the obtained results, a conclusion was drawn regarding the feasibility of using the proposed quantitative indices for diagnosing diseases of the circulatory system.
