Deformation Microstructure and Property Control of CuCrZr Alloy Directionally Solidified at Room Temperature C-ECAP
Directionally solidified Cu0.9Cr0.1Zr alloy was used for continuous ECAP (C-ECAP) deformation. The microstructure of the material was detected using OM, SEM, XRD, and EBSD techniques, and various properties of the material were tested. The effects of continuous ECAP+rolling and aging treatment with different paths on the microstructure and properties of CuCrZr alloy have been studied. The results show that after deformation and aging, the strength, hardness, and conductivity of the A-path alloy are 494.27 MPa, 155.6 HV, and 80.6% IACS, respectively. C-ECAP + rolling + aging can quickly prepare high-performance micro nano structured materials, significantly improving the structure and properties of the materials. While the material structure is refined, the properties of the material are improved with grain boundaries regulation.
