Application and Benefit Analysis of Artificial Intelligence in Financial Accounting

This study explores the application of artificial intelligence in financial accounting, focusing on the technical implementation and performance evaluation of intelligent financial prediction models. The research first analyzes AI applications in automated accounting processes, intelligent auditing, financial forecasting, and risk management. It then elaborates on machine learning-based intelligent financial prediction models, including architecture design, feature engineering, and algorithm optimization. Through empirical research, the performance of AI models is compared with traditional statistical methods. Results show that LSTM-based AI models outperform traditional methods in prediction accuracy, stability, and anomaly handling. The study also discusses challenges faced by AI applications, such as data security, ethical regulation, and talent cultivation, and proposes countermeasures. This research fills the gap in the technical implementation of AI financial prediction models, provides important references for the practical application of AI technology in financial accounting, and has significant implications for promoting the intelligent transformation of financial management.
